The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risk of illness, personal injury, death, temporary or permanent disability, exposure to and/or infection with COVID-19 or any other infectious disease, and other risks that are unknown at this time arising from, or related in any way to attending the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
This ticket is a REVOCABLE LICENSE, which license may be withdrawn, and ADMISSION REFUSED AT ANY TIME by the issuer with or without notice at issuer’s complete and exclusive discretion. Issuance of this ticket does not denote or imply that the same or similar ticket will be issued to the ticket holder in any future years for this or any other event. THE RESALE OF THIS TICKET IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF LAS VEGAS EVENTS (LVE). The ticket holder (Holder) voluntarily ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury or injury to property and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the event. The Holder may not bring weapons, controlled substances, alcoholic beverages or beverages (other than baby bottles), laser pointers, irritants (e.g. artificial noisemakers), videotape cameras or strobe lights onto event premises. The Holder may post up to ninety seconds of video content in total per performance to their personal social media account. The Holder agrees not to record, transmit, or distribute, any image or video in any form of the event for commercial purposes. Such images and/or video of the event are the exclusive property of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and may not be utilized in any manner by the Holder without the express written permission and license from the PRCA. The Holder grants permission to the PRCA to utilize his/her image, likeness, actions and statements in any broadcast medium for commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation.
