Eight Outstanding Performers to Sing the National Anthem at the 40th Anniversary of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas

Las Vegas Events, in partnership with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, announced today the list of eight outstanding performers scheduled to sing the national anthem at the 40th anniversary of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. The Wrangler NFR will kick off on Thursday, Dec. 4 and run through Saturday, Dec. 13 at the Thomas & Mack Center.The eight confirmed national anthem performers are:
Thursday, Dec. 4 – Morgan Myles
Friday, Dec. 5 – Jeffrey Steele
Saturday, Dec. 6 – Sarah Rowe
Sunday, Dec. 7 – Walker Montgomery
Monday, Dec. 8 – *Contest winner will perform (TBD)
Tuesday, Dec. 9 – George Ducas
Wednesday, Dec. 10 – Caitlyn Ochsner
Thursday, Dec. 11 – Kalsey Kulyk (Canadian Anthem), Presley Barker
Friday, Dec. 12 – Emily Ann Roberts
Saturday, Dec. 13 – *Contest winner will perform (TBD)
“We have again assembled an impressive list of national anthem performers at the 2025 Wrangler NFR,” said Bo Gardner, vice president of corporate marketing at Las Vegas Events. “This is a very special year in Las Vegas as we’re celebrating the 40th anniversary, and we’re very pleased to continue our partnership with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation to present these acts. We’re appreciative of this partnership and their work to secure this group of entertainers.”
Two additional performers will be added to the list above, awarded to the winners of the NFR National Anthem Contest. The contest launched Aug. 1 with all entries submitted by Wednesday, Aug. 27. From there, an initial fan vote will narrow the list to the Top 30. On Oct. 3, following a committee review of the Top 30, two winners will be announced and perform in Las Vegas.

Known as the richest and most prestigious rodeo in the world, the Wrangler NFR attracts the top 15 contestants in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding to compete for a share of the increased purse and the coveted PRCA Gold Buckle. In 2024, the event had a total attendance of 170,045 over the ten rounds of competition at the Thomas & Mack Center and has sold out 369 consecutive performances in Las Vegas.
